Design process
The brief:
All work starts by you submitting a brief to us. This is the most important part of the design stage as it provides us with essential background information regarding your business, your products or the services you offer, all of which helps us to get a clear idea of what is required.

Prototype design:
Once we have your brief, we can confirm any quotations with you by email, and start the process of designing for you. We often provide rough designs for you in a format that is easy for you to review and evaluate.

Deposit and review:
We ask for a 50% deposit of total amount. We will ask for your opinion on each design at which point we will refine all elements such as design, colour, size and content, however if you think the design is not right for your business new ideas will be created. This process of designing and reviewing will continue until you are happy with the final look and feel of the website or graphic design. Unlike other companies, there is no limit on the number of revisions you can make and we are happy to work until you are 100% satisfied with the design.

Final design or programming:
Once the website or graphic design proof has been signed off, we can program your website or design your artwork. Finished artwork will be emailed to you or your website will be uploaded to a testing server for you to view. Artwork will be sent in any format that you require jpeg, tiff, pdf, eps or even just printed and sent to you by post or hand delivered. A website will not made live until you have signed off that all is correct and that you are happy with our work and it meets the original design brief or quotation.

Payment:
In accordance with our terms and conditions, payment is requested in full at the end of the project. We offer a range of payment methods, company cheque, electronic transfer, pay-pal or hard cash. We have accounts in Spain and England so we are flexible in which currency you choose to pay. Once payment has been made in full you automatically receive full copyright of the website or artwork.
